Listing details for 2979 S Wabash Cir, Denver, CO 80231 : Magnificent opportunity to reimagine and renovate this awesome property adjacent to Golden Key Park in SE Denver. This classic 1960's era home is a traditional 2 story with a finished basement. The sewer line is in good shape (recently cleaned and scoped) and the house is structurally solid (a structural engineer's report is available for the Buyer's review). Within the past few years, the lawn and sprinkler system in the front yard was replaced. In its heyday, the landscaping was adorn with vibrant flower gardens, a fish pond, and multiple handcrafted birdhouses. This property is a fantastic project for an experienced contractor. Frankly, the property is old, worn and tired - in need of complete renovation inside and out (it needs everything). Call listing broker for more information and to schedule your private showing.
