18772 White Tail Cir San Luis, CO 81152

Listing details for 18772 White Tail Cir, San Luis, CO 81152 : REMOTE, TUCKED AWAY, OFF-THE-GRID and abundant tranquility. This 37 acre property is both a corner lot and on a cul-de-sac! Watch for mule deer on the long meandering driveway. The seller had planned to build from the hilltop, overlooking the Sangre de Cristo mountain range. The area is still pretty much cleared. There are 3 structures on the property. A greenhouse turned into a bunk house, a 1.5 story round strawbale structure at about 8ft wide and a shed. There is an above ground cistern where water can drain from the bunkhouse into the cistern and then is brought into the sink via a bilge pump. The bunkhouse has multiple vents for fresh air and if it should feel too hot, you can just step into the strawbale building and soak up the coolness within. A nice fire circle and several raised garden beds are in place.
